Gems Of Love Hold And WinGeneral rules for betting and games
These rules apply whenever you use our casino games, slots, live casino tables or other betting features made available through your account. You must read the information shown for a game before you place a bet or start a spin. Game-specific rules, paytables, limits and other instructions form part of the rules for that game.
You may have one account only. An account must be opened and used by the person whose name and details are registered on it. You must keep your account information accurate and up to date, and you must not allow another person to use your account, payment method or bonus entitlement. We may ask you to complete account verification before allowing deposits, withdrawals or continued play.
You are responsible for protecting your sign-in details and for all activity carried out through your account unless you tell us promptly that your account may have been accessed without permission. If you believe that someone else has used your account, stop playing and contact us through the live chat on the site or at support@luckymecasino.co.uk.
Real-money play
Real-money play uses funds available in your cash balance. A bet or spin can be placed only when the required balance is available and the game accepts the wager. A bet is final once it has been accepted by the game or betting system. You cannot cancel, change or withdraw a bet after acceptance, except where these rules or the relevant game rules state otherwise.
Bonus-balance play
Bonus funds may be used only in the way set out in the applicable bonus terms. Those terms may include wagering requirements, an expiry period, a maximum bet, eligible games, contribution rates, withdrawal conditions and a maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus play. If a bonus term conflicts with a general provision on this page, the applicable bonus term applies to that bonus.
- You must not use more than one account to obtain, use or transfer a bonus.
- A bonus cannot be exchanged for cash merely because it has been credited to your account.
- Cash and bonus balances may be used in a particular order, as shown in the bonus terms or cashier.
- Any winnings that depend on bonus funds remain subject to the applicable bonus terms until those terms have been completed.
- We may remove a bonus or related winnings where the bonus terms have not been followed or where the account is not eligible.
All bets and spins must be made for your own personal use. You must not use our games for unlawful activity, attempt to interfere with the operation of a game, or use software, devices or methods intended to obtain an improper advantage. We may suspend play and investigate activity where we identify a security, integrity or account concern.
Please gamble responsibly
You must be 18 or over to use our gambling services. Set a deposit limit before you play, take a time-out if you need a break, or use self-exclusion if you want to stop gambling. Support is available from GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline.
How bets and spins are settled
A bet or spin is settled using the information recorded by the relevant game server. The result shown by the game server is final, subject to the malfunction provisions below. This applies whether the result is a win, loss, draw, feature outcome, bonus round, free spin or another result available in the game.
The game rules and paytable displayed within each game apply to the bet or spin. They explain the symbols, combinations, features, winning conditions, maximum or minimum stakes and any other information needed to understand how the game works. You should look at the paytable before playing and must not rely on an image, message or result that is not generated by the game.
Return-to-player information
The return-to-player figure, usually shown as RTP, is displayed in each applicable game. It is a long-term statistical indication of the amount a game may return over a large number of plays. It is not a promise that any individual bet or session will return a particular amount. Previous results do not change the chances or outcome of a later bet.
Acceptance and settlement records
The amount shown as accepted by the game or betting system is the amount used for settlement. If a displayed amount, balance, result or payout does not match the server record, the server record will be used. A result may appear in your account after a short processing period, but the underlying game-server result remains the basis for settlement.
- Select the game and choose your stake within the limits shown.
- Confirm the bet or spin and wait for the game to provide a result.
- The game server records the accepted stake and result.
- Any applicable return is calculated under the game rules and paytable.
- The settled amount is added to or deducted from the relevant account balance.
You must not place a further bet while a game is still processing if doing so could duplicate or interfere with the original action. If your balance or game history appears incorrect, stop using that game and contact support with the details requested in the disputes section.
Malfunctions, interruptions and disconnected games
A malfunction includes a technical error, software fault, communication failure, incorrect display, interrupted game process or other defect that affects the operation or settlement of a game. A malfunction may affect the stake, result, feature, payout, balance or game history.
A malfunction voids all pays and play affected by that malfunction. This means that a displayed win, bonus feature, free spin, payout or other outcome will not be payable where it resulted from or was affected by a malfunction. We may correct the account record so it reflects the valid server record and the game rules.
If you lose your connection, close the game, leave the page or experience a device or network interruption, the game may continue on the server. When you reconnect, the game may resume from its recorded point or settle using the recorded result. A disconnected game is not automatically cancelled, and disconnecting does not change a bet that has already been accepted.
What to do after an interruption
- Do not repeatedly refresh, reopen or place another bet in the same game.
- Sign back in only through the normal site access and allow the game to reconnect.
- Look at your game history and account balance once the session has settled.
- If the game does not resume or the record appears incorrect, contact support with the game name, approximate time and round details.
We may temporarily suspend a game while a technical issue is identified or corrected. Any account adjustment made after an interruption will be based on the available server records, game data and applicable rules. We cannot guarantee that a game will be available without interruption at all times.
Bonus play and applicable bonus terms
Bonus funds are promotional funds and are not the same as cash in your account. Before using a bonus, read the bonus terms shown with it. Those terms explain when the bonus starts, how it can be used, which games count, how wagering is calculated and what must happen before any related balance can be withdrawn.
The maximum bet stated in the applicable bonus terms applies to every bet made while the bonus conditions are active, including bets made with a mixture of cash and bonus funds unless the terms say otherwise. A higher bet may make the bonus and winnings connected with it invalid.
Game contributions
Not every game contributes to a bonus in the same way. The contribution rate for each eligible game is shown in the bonus terms. Some games may contribute at a reduced rate, while others may not contribute at all. A bet on an ineligible game will not normally reduce the remaining wagering requirement.
- Follow the stake limits and any maximum win or withdrawal limits stated in the bonus terms.
- Use only games listed as eligible if you want play to count towards the bonus conditions.
- Do not try to transfer, sell, combine or assign a bonus between accounts.
- Do not use a bonus after its expiry or after we have removed it from your account.
- Check the bonus balance and remaining conditions in your account before requesting a withdrawal.
If you breach the applicable bonus terms, we may remove the bonus and any winnings directly connected with it. We may also refuse a bonus where the account does not meet the stated eligibility conditions. This does not change the settlement of valid play that was not connected with the breach, unless the applicable terms or account circumstances require a different correction.
Bonus terms may also explain what happens if you withdraw while a bonus is active. The cashier and your account will show the balance and any available withdrawal information. If you are unsure how a bonus has been applied, contact support before continuing to play.
Live casino, tables and disputes
Live casino and table rules
Live casino games and table games may have different betting stages, dealing procedures, settlement rules and limits. The game-specific rules in each table's help section apply to that table. You must read those rules before joining a game and follow the instructions shown during the betting stage.
Dealer decisions made in accordance with the table rules are final. This includes decisions about dealing, card handling, roulette outcomes, accepted actions, game timing and settlement. A dealer decision may be supported by the table system, game record or other server information.
Late bets are not accepted. A bet is late if it reaches the table after betting has closed, even if the bet appeared to be selected on your screen. The table system determines whether a bet was accepted before betting closed. If a late bet is rejected, it will not be included in the round and any amount returned will be handled by the table system.
- Use the table help section to check the minimum and maximum stakes.
- Confirm that your bet has been accepted before betting closes.
- Do not treat a delayed screen image as proof that a bet was accepted.
- Allow the round to finish before leaving the table where possible.
- If you disconnect, reconnect and look at the recorded round or account history.
Raising a dispute
If you believe that a bet, spin, table round or payout has been settled incorrectly, contact us at support@luckymecasino.co.uk. Please send the information needed to identify the event so that we can look into it efficiently.
- The name of the game or live table.
- The approximate date and time of the bet or round.
- The round number, bet ID or transaction reference, if shown in your account.
- The stake amount and the result or payout you expected.
- A clear description of what happened, including any error message or disconnection.
We will use the relevant game-server records, account history, table records and applicable rules when looking into a dispute. Please do not send payment card details or your account password by email. We may ask for further information to verify the account and identify the relevant play.
If you cannot access email, you may contact us through the live chat on the site. We will respond through the contact method available for your account and may ask you to confirm account details before discussing account-specific information.
