How these bonus terms apply

These terms apply to bonuses and promotional rewards made available by Luckyme Casino. They form part of the terms for your account. When you claim, activate or use an offer, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms that apply to it.

Each offer may have its own conditions. These can include the qualifying deposit, minimum deposit, bonus code, eligible games, wagering requirement, expiry period, maximum bonus value, maximum withdrawal, payment method restrictions and any other conditions shown when the offer is made available. The offer-specific terms take priority if they differ from a general provision on this page.

You are responsible for reading the full offer information before taking part. If a condition is not clear, contact us before you claim the offer. You can contact support@luckymecasino.co.uk or use the live chat on the site.

Check the offer before you play

The cashier, bonus area and offer window show the terms that apply to your account. The information may differ between promotions, so always check the conditions for the particular offer you want to use.

Who can claim a bonus

Account and age requirements

Bonuses are available only to eligible account holders who are aged 18 or over and who are permitted to use our services. You must hold one personal account with us, provide accurate information and comply with the account terms. We may ask you to complete identity, age, payment or other account checks before a bonus is credited or winnings are paid.

An offer is generally limited to one bonus per person. Unless the specific offer says otherwise, we may treat the following as connected when deciding eligibility:

  • The same person, account holder or beneficial owner.
  • The same household, address, device, computer, telephone number or internet connection.
  • The same payment card, e-wallet, bank account or other payment method.
  • Accounts that share similar registration information, betting patterns or other account details.

You must not open an additional account to obtain a welcome offer, repeat a promotion or avoid a limit. If we identify duplicate or connected accounts, we may refuse the bonus, cancel related bonus funds and adjust or remove winnings that came from the offer. We may also close an account where this is allowed under the account terms.

Deposits and qualifying activity

Only a deposit made using an eligible payment method and accepted by us will count towards a deposit offer. A reversed, cancelled, refunded or chargeback deposit does not qualify. Where an offer requires a minimum deposit, the qualifying amount is the cleared deposit shown in your account, not a pending amount or a payment later returned to you.

You must not deposit funds solely to obtain a bonus and then attempt to withdraw the deposit without completing the relevant offer conditions. We may ask for information about the source and use of funds as part of our account checks.

How bonus funds and wagering work

Credit and activation

A bonus may be credited automatically or may require you to opt in, enter a code or contact us. If you do not complete the required step, the offer may not be added to your account. We are not responsible for a missed claim where the instructions were not followed.

Bonus funds are not cash and cannot normally be withdrawn immediately. They must be used in accordance with the offer terms. Any winnings produced while using bonus funds may remain restricted until the applicable wagering requirement and all other conditions have been completed.

Wagering requirements

The wagering requirement is the amount that must be wagered before the bonus, or winnings linked to it, can become available for withdrawal. The calculation may be based on the bonus amount, the qualifying deposit or both. The offer details will state which calculation applies.

For example, if the terms require wagering on the bonus amount, a requirement of 10 times a £50 bonus means £500 of qualifying wagers must be placed. This example is for explanation only and does not set a requirement for any particular offer.

Not every game or wager necessarily contributes in full. The offer terms may set different contribution rates, exclude particular games or exclude wagers that are cancelled, voided, refunded or otherwise not settled. Where a game contributes at a reduced rate, only the stated proportion counts towards the requirement.

  • The qualifying amount and contribution rates are shown with the relevant offer.
  • Only settled, eligible wagers count towards the requirement.
  • Wagers placed after the bonus expires do not count, even if they were made using a remaining balance.
  • A withdrawal request may cancel or remove an active bonus and any linked progress.
  • Changing, cancelling or replacing a qualifying deposit may affect eligibility for the offer.

Games, stakes and betting patterns

The offer may limit the games, markets or stake sizes that can be used. If a maximum stake applies, placing a larger stake may make the bonus and related winnings invalid. This can apply where a single wager exceeds the limit or where linked wagers are used to avoid it.

We may restrict or remove bonus eligibility where play appears designed to complete wagering with little or no genuine risk, including coordinated play, opposite betting on linked accounts, interrupted play used to preserve a result or other conduct intended to obtain an unfair promotional advantage.

Expiry, withdrawals and cancelled bonuses

Expiry periods

Every bonus has an expiry period unless the offer states otherwise. The expiry period starts at the time shown in the offer or when the bonus is credited or activated. Any unused bonus balance normally expires at the end of that period. Winnings connected to an expired bonus may also be removed where the offer terms provide for this.

We do not have to extend an expiry period because you did not log in, did not notice the offer or were unable to use the bonus during the available period. We may extend a period at our discretion, but an extension is not automatic and must be confirmed by us.

Withdrawals and payment checks

A withdrawal can be requested only when the offer conditions have been completed and your account is eligible for payment. The balance available for withdrawal may exclude active bonus funds, restricted winnings, amounts subject to a maximum withdrawal or funds awaiting account checks.

We may process withdrawals in line with the payment and account procedures shown in the cashier. We may ask you to verify your identity, payment method or source of funds before releasing funds. If information is missing, inaccurate or cannot be confirmed, a withdrawal may be delayed or declined until the matter is resolved.

Cancelling or removing a bonus

You may be able to decline or remove an unused bonus by contacting us. Once removed, the bonus and any associated winnings may no longer be available. A withdrawal request can also cause an active bonus to be cancelled where the offer terms say so.

We may cancel or amend an offer where there has been an obvious error, technical problem, payment reversal, breach of these terms or misuse of the promotion. We will aim to apply any correction fairly and may return your deposited funds where appropriate, subject to account checks and the applicable terms.

Fair use, safer gambling and support

Fair and responsible use

Promotions must be used for their stated purpose and in a fair manner. You must not sell, transfer or share a bonus, allow another person to use your account, use automated systems or exploit a fault. You must not use a bonus to conceal the identity of the person playing or to bypass an account, payment or safer gambling restriction.

If we find evidence of fraud, collusion, multiple accounts, payment abuse, chargebacks or other dishonest conduct, we may suspend promotional access, cancel an offer, restrict the account and withhold related funds while we establish what happened. Any action will be taken in line with the account terms and applicable requirements.

Bonuses and safer gambling

A bonus is optional. You do not need to claim one to use your account, and you can ask us not to send you promotional offers. Bonus play does not change the risk of gambling or guarantee a return. Never deposit or wager more than you can afford to lose.

  • Set a deposit limit that reflects what you can afford and use the limits shown in your account.
  • Take a time-out if you want a short break from gambling.
  • Use self-exclusion if you need to stop gambling for a longer period.
  • Contact us if you want help removing promotional communications or restricting access to offers.

If gambling is affecting your finances, relationships, work or wellbeing, support is available from GambleAware, GamCare, GamStop and the National Gambling Helpline. You can also speak to our support team through the live chat on the site or by emailing support@luckymecasino.co.uk.

Questions and complaints

If you believe a bonus was not credited correctly or a condition was applied incorrectly, contact us promptly with the offer name, the date of the relevant activity and any account information we request. We will look into the matter and explain the outcome. Please do not send passwords or full payment details by email.

We may update these Bonus Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will not normally alter the terms of a bonus that you have already claimed, unless a change is needed for legal, regulatory, security or technical reasons. The version available when you claim an offer is the version that normally applies.
